Peter Jeffries, a South Boston family man, is fed up with the way people drive. He comes up with anonymous post-it notes that he places on the windshield of cars after their drivers make a bad move. He then hides and sees how they react when they come back and see the note. It starts off well enough, but one day he sees a woman doing something wrong. He follows her as the parks the car on her driveway, placing the note when she’s inside her house. Peter waits for her to come back out, but it’s her husband who appears and sees the note. He becomes nervous and races back into the house, quickly coming back out, now holding a gun.
Peter wonders what is going on, and decides to follow the man…
The Note Man is a roller coaster ride as an ordinary man finds himself dealing with a dangerous criminal organization. A highly relatable book to anyone who has to commute and drive their car in large cities. $0.99 on Kindle.
