SPECIES SURVIVAL

Both main characters have been watched by the military all their lives because they are very special. Karen knows she is being watched. Big Bob doesn’t know until he hires her as a government agent. She was raised in a secret underground laboratory, told there were no other children on earth, and trained to be a weapon. She escapes after becoming so powerful they can’t hold her. She goes through high school and college academically brilliant but with no social abilities. She is like a cat that has been abused. She is wary. Big Bob is sure of himself – too sure. When he meets Karen and sees her amazing abilities he is reminded of the peripheroid and what she had taught him that he had forgotten because of brain damage in a car accident at age ten. As they run she helps him unlock what he had been taught but lost because of the accident.
